Organziational Development

Developing a learning culture

The most expensive development initiatives are those that change nothing. Seminars are attended, certificates awarded – and after three months everything is as before. The issue is rarely the content, but missing structures that translate learning into daily practice.
Structures, processes and cultures need to evolve to support the business strategy. Yet many initiatives remain isolated and do not translate into everyday practice.
I support organizations in aligning culture, structures and processes with their strategy and ensuring they can be sustained internally. My approach integrates analysis, consulting, change support and behavioral development.
Typical subjects
  • Developing a learning culture
  • Leadership principles and behavioral anchors
  • Upskilling leaders and employees
  • Implementing onboarding processes
  • Implementing talent management processes
  • Strengthening the role and impact of the HR function
What organizations obtain
  • What organizations obtain
  • Shared values and behaviors
  • Behaviors aligned with strategy
  • Expertise in onboarding, talent management or learning
  • Sustainable people development processes
Formats (onsite or virtual)
  • Organizational and people development design: Assessment of the current landscape, design of core processes (e.g. performance conversations, talent identification, succession planning, learning culture), alignment with leadership and HR, implementation support and internal handover
  • Train-the-Trainer Program (key to scalability): Qualification of internal trainers, co-delivery with feedback, trainer scripts, quality assurance and optional annual refreshers
  • Leadership Onboarding and HR Advisory: Structured onboarding for managing directors and senior leaders (first 100 days), HR Mentoring to clarify the role, responsibilities and impact

Where does your people development stand today – and where should it be in two years?

That’s a good question for a first conversation.
