I work with organizations as a senior consultant, trainer and sparring partner in leadership, team and organizational development. With over 20 years of experience in complex, international organizations across more than 30 countries. I support leaders, teams and organizations as they navigate growth, transformation and increasing complexity.

My professional background is rooted in industry and technology-driven environments. I know what leadership looks like between the shop floor and the boardroom – and I also understand the realities of knowledge-driven, project-based and growing organizations.

Across all these contexts, one insight has remained constant: People, teams and organizations only develop sustainably when they are treated as one integrated system – not as a collection of isolated initiatives.

How I work

I work at the intersection of analysis, dialogue and implementation.

Before proposing any solution, I take time to understand the organizational context, the dynamics between people and teams, and the expectations of key stakeholders. Based on this understanding, I design development approaches that are tailored to the organization and the situation – often combining modules with reflection, learning transfer and coaching.

Depending on the mandate, my role may range from facilitator to trainer, sparring partner or advisor. What remains consistent is my focus on clarity, relevance and practical impact in everyday work.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all programs. I believe in thoughtful design, honest dialogue and development that translates into real behavior change.

Working with people and organizations often feels very similar. Differnt experiences, viewpoints and tensions come together – and when space is created for reflection and dialogue, this diversity becomes a source of creativity, learning and new solutions.

Creating such spaces is at the heart of my work.
