Teams struggle with unclear roles, silo thinking, tensions or change fatigue. A team is more than a group of experts. It is a system with dynamics, patterns and blind spots that often repeat themselves invisibly in daily work. High-performing teams are built on trust, clarity and accountability.
I work with teams when something new is on the horizon, when collaboration is stuck or when they simply want to improve their way of working. Always starting with a diagnostic phase, because solutions without understanding the starting point are rarely sustainable.
