  • Leadership development program: Design and delivery of modular programs over several months, including transfer elements and coaching between modules to ensure application in everyday leadership situations. 
  • Talent development program: Design and delivery of modular programs for employees preparing for their next step in their expert or leadership career, including peer learning, individual development plans and targeted coaching
  • Coaching: Individual or small group coaching focused on concrete challenges, decisions and leadership situations.
