Leaders are expected to provide direction, make decisions and effectively engage people in increasingly complex environments. At the same time, talents grow into new roles – often without structured preparation.
I support leaders and talents in developing the mindset and capabilities needed for effective leadership. My work combines systemic thinking, pragmatic tools and more than 15 years of international experience.

  • Talent development program: Needs assessment (e.g. expert or leadership career, level of target position), program design, program delivery in modules over 3–8 months with peer learning, individual development plans and integrated coaching
